- ★ ★ ☆ ☆ ☆Anyone can do taxes. Professionalism counts. Through the years, Chuck has been great. However, this year was horrible. I have called the office several times with very important questions about my return and taxes and every time, the excuse is how busy they are. Marie is horrible as well. They are misleading and tell you they will call and email back and never do. I must have called five times and left messages with secretaries and even Chucks wife. My tax return is always great, but anyone can do this, any CPA. Save yourself the headache and repeat phone calls and GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!By Jason Cayea, March 19, 2017
